Have you ever been watching your favorite show on TV and seen that ridiculous work out commercial? You know the one were the guys are so ripped you just know they spend 5 days a week in the gym not to mention how much on the membership and supplements. Well I’m going to tell you the 3 mistakes your making that some would argue till their blue in the face because of the lies the health industry has trained us to believe.

1. Eating Healthy

While this might not be true for you, many people think eating healthy is the way to go. Well this is right but also wrong for many reasons. Some of the most important reasons are that just eating healthy is just like guessing. Guessing if you’re taking in the right amount of calories and if they have the right macronutrients within those calories. Macronutrients are important because they are used to build and repair tissues after working out, regulate body processes and are converted to and used as energy. So guessing if you have enough is like guessing if you have enough gas in the car! Wouldn’t you rather know your outcome?

2. Following a diet book or plan.

These books are not customized to your body type or schedule or any of the other things that make you unique to the next person. There are two times of the day that your body is responsible for 84% of muscle growth. But a plan or book can’t and won’t tell you that.
